How to use
- As a Face Mask: Mix 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon with yoghurt, honey, or hydrosol to form a smooth paste, apply to clean skin, leave 15 to 20 minutes, then rinse.
- As a Hair Mask: Blend 1 to 2 teaspoons into conditioner or a carrier oil, apply to scalp and lengths, leave about 30 minutes, then shampoo out thoroughly.

Q: Will beetroot powder stain my skin or bathroom surfaces?
A: It can tint skin temporarily and may stain light fabrics or porous surfaces, so use care and rinse spills promptly.
Q: Can I use beetroot powder in high-pH soap?
A: You can, but natural pigments may shift or fade at higher pH, so test a small batch to check the final colour.
Q: What does “Food Safe” mean?
A: It generally means the ingredient is pure and handled in hygienic conditions for personal use, but it may not be labelled as food grade for resale as a consumable product.
