Walnut Shells (Juglans regia) Dried are hard, plant-based shells commonly used in natural body care, henna work and craft projects. When milled, they provide a fine, biodegradable exfoliant for soaps and scrubs. A strong brew can deepen the brown tone of henna mixes or be used for external rinses on hair and skin. Whole or coarsely cut shells also feature in dye and colouring projects for a warm, earthy hue. This is a versatile bulk staple for cosmetic, herbal and craft use.
♡ Why we love it: A plastic-free alternative to synthetic microbeads in exfoliating products, and a simple way to add natural brown colour to henna and craft mixes. Easy to store in bulk and grind as needed for different projects.
Size: 75g.

- External rinse: simmer 5 g shells in 200 ml water for 15-20 minutes, stir, cool and strain well; use the liquid externally on intact skin or hair
- Internal use: some traditional references suggest a light decoction (about 1.5 g in a cup of water) once or twice daily; only use internally under guidance from a qualified practitioner
