Turmeric tea
- Boil about four cups of water and add 1 teaspoon turmeric. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes or more. Then strain using a fine sieve. Add lemon for taste.
- A popular variation is adding a teaspoon of ginger to the turmeric tea
