Dried Goat's Rue Herb contains flavonoids, saponins, glycosides, tannins and galegin. These properties are responsible for the herb’s ability to lower elevated blood sugar levels.

Add 1 cup of boiling water to 1 tsp dried leaves. Infuse for 10 – 15 min. Drink 1 cup 2 times per day.
Tincture: 20 to 40 drops (2 – 4ml) 2 – 3 times per day
