Birch Leaves Cut (Betula alba) is a fresh, green-tasting herb traditionally used in spring tonics and light, cleansing teas. The cut leaves are easy to measure for quick infusions, and the brew works well plain or with a little lemon or honey. Many home herbalists also use birch as a gentle skin toner or hair rinse prepared from a cooled tea. A practical pantry staple for simple teas, rinses and bath soaks.
♡ Why we love it: Light, leafy flavour that is easy to sip. Versatile beyond the cup - a cooled infusion can double as a facial toner, scalp rinse or soothing bath addition.
Sizes: 200g, 500g or 1kg.
