How to use bay leaves
- Herbal Tea (infusion): 1-2tsp of crushed leaves in 250ml boiling water. Let stand for 10-15 minutes. Strain and drink. 1-2 cups per day.
- Tie a bunch of Bay leaves under your hot water tap to produce healing steam when used
- Can be used in soups, stews or any other culinary uses
- Create a poultice and apply to swellings and bruises
