Calamus essential oil is a highly regarded aromatic oil much valued in the perfume industry.

INCI: Acorus calamus
  • Said to be useful in the treatment of epilepsy, constipation, flatulence, colic, and rheumatic swellings
  • Can help alleviate memory difficulties and loss of concentration

Absolutely love the oil and quality. It was difficult to find the oil at other suppliers (ones I am used to). I got fast and easy assistance by getting the oil ordered and delivered. Love the mix of annointing oil I made by using Cassia as one!

I never smell calamus before but to mix it with cassia and myrrh it bring a good fresh smell to use for anoithing oil

Not a fan of the smell

Ok, so I had never smelled Calamus oil before, so I did not know what to expect. I know we each smell things differently, but this smell was not very pleasant for me. It is not related to the brand or the supplier it is merely that this oil does not smell good.
