Escentia pure exotic Basil, also known as Sweet Basil or French Basil, essential oil has a sweet, spicy aroma which sharpens the senses and aids concentration. Basil oil is said to clear the head and is useful in treating nervous conditions such as anxiety, depression, and indecision, and is used as an aid for fighting coughs, colds and bronchitis and relieving headaches and migraines.

How to use
Just drop 2-3 drops of basil oil on a tissue or handkerchief and hold close to your nose.
Add 3-4 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water, cover your head with a towel and breathe in the vapour.
