Loving this natural health find resin tears.

I love using Frankincense essential oil but felt to venture and start drinking frankincense tea. I just throw a few pieces of the resin into a tea ball strainer and add boiling water and let it soak. Fresh taste and fresh smell and easy to drink. As well as i can re use over 2 days.
I just take sips through out the day between my normal water. I also take sips before a meal and after a meal. just generally in a spot of my kitchen so randomly sip. the first time I drank the whole cup as a tea and it had a sedative effect on me. So I also take a sip before bed time. I am using for the anti inflammatory properties as well as for joint and nerve pain. Value for money as well as a fantastic business find that is so supportive.

Good product. I have purchased a different kind of Frankincense resin, which was better quality but I paid triple the amount. So price wise this is a very good product and satisfies my needs.

Frankincense Love

I use this product to burn on charcoal as incense and the smell is pure. I also added it to Extra Virgin Olive Oil for my haircare routine and will still see what the result are on my hair.
