Detox and uplift vitality with stinging nettle. Native to North Africa, Europe, and the temperate regions of Asia – especially along riverbanks – nettle is now grown across the world. Traditionally, nettle leaf tea was taken to ease muscle discomfort, support natural detox pathways, reduce allergies, and help clear eczema and acne from within. In herbal philosophy, the skin is often viewed as a reflection of internal health.
♡ Why we love it: Stinging nettle is packed with nutrients that support both wellness and cosmetic care. It offers vitamins A, C, K, and several B vitamins, plus minerals like iron, calcium, magnesium, potassium, silica, and flavonoids like quercetin. It also provides phenols such as ferulic acid, along with tannins, chlorophyll, carotenoids, and amino acids. Together, these reinforce nettle’s long-standing reputation for supporting kidney health, the urinary tract, easing joint stiffness, promoting vitality, and encouraging healthy hair, skin, and nails. Its mineral content is also known for helping with seasonal allergies and hay fever.
Nettle extract is equally valued in skincare – calming the skin, tightening pores, toning, and delivering antioxidants and minerals. In haircare, it’s often used to support full-looking, stronger-feeling hair and to help balance an oily or flaky scalp, making it a staple in natural shampoos and rinses.

I bought this tea for its nutrient content after a recommendation and I am happy to confirm that it is a brilliant supplement. I have been taking it daily in 2 - 3 cups and I feel more vitality in body. This is something I will continue consuming for many years to come. Highly recommended especially for anemia🙏🏽
I bought this herb to start making nutritive tea for me and my family. Almost filled up two 3L jars with the amount I got for 500g. I definitely plan on buying again when I run out.
This is not only a very refreshing tea, but also very beneficial. It is specially beneficial for detoxing, I use it every day. It also is antibacterial and antifungal.
