Dried Passionflower Herb Cut is said to have a soothing effect and to help with a good night’s sleep. It can be blended with other calming herbs like Lemon Balm to act as a mild sedative.

Passionflower, known for its beautiful flowers, is a powerful relaxant. It has been used traditionally to treat insomnia and anxiety, as it may help increase the production of GABA, a neurotransmitter that lowers brain activity, helping you relax and sleep better.

As a tea

1 cup of boiling water over 1 tsp of dried herb, and infuse for 15 minutes.
