Dried Lemon Balm tea is relaxing, relieves tension, relieves occasional indigestion and is a natural sleep aid. You can use the dried leaf as a tea, tincture, or make into an ointment. Blends well with valerian and other relaxing herbs.

Other uses
Can be used in DIY soaps: when it’s dried, lemon balm loses some of its lemony scent, but it still works very well in soap. It is said to be antiviral and can help to kill germs when you wash with it. It provides a dark green colour and a bit rougher exfoliation than lavender or chamomile, while not abrading the skin.
