How to use cinnamon

Can be consumed as preferred in food or dissolved in fluid. It advised not to consume more than 4g per day.
Can be used for its scent, colouring and decorative purposes in potpourri, soaps and cosmetics
When added to soap, it gives quite a dark colour and a pleasant spicy arom. Mildly abrasive to the skin, it has gentle antiseptic properties and adds longevity and character to the lather
