Pure Indigenous Silverbush Everlasting Helichrysum Essential Oil is steam-distilled from the aromatic foliage of Helichrysum petiolare, a much-loved South African species known locally as Imphepho/Kooigoed. With a soft, honeyed, herbaceous aroma, it's used in aromatherapy blends for breathing comfort, calm focus, and space-clearing rituals.

  • Diffuser: 3-5 drops in water-based diffuser (adjust to room size)

  • Topical (diluted): 1-2% in a carrier oil for adults (≈ 6-12 drops per 30ml); apply to chest, back, or pulse points

  • Steam inhalation: 1-2 drops in a bowl of hot water; inhale with eyes closed
