How to use

Hot infusion: Add 1-2 tsp dried leaf to 250ml water just off the boil. Steep 5-10 minutes; strain

Iced mate: Brew double strength (2-3 tsp in 250ml hot water), cool, then pour over ice; add lemon or mint

Teapot/French press: Use 1-2 tsp per 250ml water; steep 5-10 minutes and plunge or strain
Storage
Store sealed in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and moisture.
