How to use

Diffusion: 3 to 6 drops in a diffuser for 20 to 30 minutes.
Body products: 0.5 to 1 percent total essential oils in a suitable carrier for body use. For facial products keep to 0.2 to 0.5 percent.
Room spray: Combine essential oil with a solubiliser, then dilute with purified water. Shake before each use.
Blends well with: basil, bergamot, geranium, lavender, orange and rose.

Storage
