Essentially Natural Rosehip Seed Oil is cold-pressed from the seeds of the Rosa rubiginosa rose, a species prized for its exceptional oil quality. Native to the mountainous regions of South America, Rosa rubiginosa produces a richly pigmented, nutrient-dense oil that stands apart for its superior skin-nourishing properties. This variety is considered more refined and potent than its cousin, Rosa canina, making it a boutique option for those seeking a truly premium oil.

How to use

Apply regularly to problem skin. Scarring, wrinkles, and chronic skin problems can expect to see a real improvement within three months.

FACE: Squeeze several drops onto a cotton pad. Apply to face and massage into skin. Use morning and night during your beauty regimen.

HAIR: Wet hair. Massage a quarter-sized amount directly into the ends. Let sit for 5-10 minutes, then shampoo. To reduce frizz and add shine, apply 3-4 drops to damp hair. Dry as usual.

NAILS: Squeeze several drops onto a cotton pad. Apply to nails and cuticles to achieve a healthy, shiny look.

SKIN AND BODY: Apply to freshly cleansed and damp skin as a moisturiser.

Note: This oil is prone to oxidation, so use within 3-6 months of opening

½ c brown sugar

⅓ c - ½ c melted coconut oil, or use a blend of melted cocoa butter, coconut oil, rosehip or any other oil of your choice.

10 drops essential oil such as helichrysum, neroli, lemon, lavender or naartjie.

Glass storage jar
