INCI: Plantago Ovata Seed

Psyllium Seeds are fibre-rich seeds from Plantago ovata , used for everyday digestive support and bowel regularity. The seeds can be soaked or ground before mixing into water, juice, smoothies, shakes or yoghurt to form a gentle gel-like drink. Psyllium is commonly used during occasional constipation or loose stools to help normalise stool consistency. It can also be ground and used in kitchen projects such as gluten-free baking.

♡ Why we love it: Psyllium has a neutral taste and blends easily into simple daily fibre drinks. It is also handy for baking experiments where extra structure and binding are needed.

This product is certified: Vegan and Food Grade.

Also available in large pack sizes.
