Dried Marjoram (Origanum majorana) is said to be helpful for digestion and stomach problems, such as poor appetite, liver disease, gallstones, intestinal gas and stomach cramps. As a culinary herb it can be used for seasoning soups, stews, dressings, and sauces.

As a tea
Put one teaspoon of the herb into a muslin sachet and put it in a cup of boiling hot water. Cover the cup and let it steep for five minutes.
