Support digestion and natural detox with Dandelion Herb. This time-honoured botanical has been treasured for thousands of years by ancient civilisations - including the Greeks, Romans, Arabians, and Chinese - to promote liver function, healthy digestion, and overall vitality.
♡ Why we love it: Dandelion is a remarkably nutrient-rich herb, abundant in vitamins A, C, and K, as well as minerals like iron, calcium, potassium, and magnesium. It’s also loaded with beneficial bioactive compounds including prebiotics, phenols, flavonoids, lactones, and triterpenes. Together, these support bile production and liver health, helping to ease sluggish digestion, constipation, jaundice, and gallbladder imbalance. Dandelion also acts as a gentle diuretic, reducing fluid retention and supporting blood pressure balance - all while mainatining potassium levels. Its antioxidants and nutrients further strengthen immunity, assist metabolism, and protect the body from inflammation and oxidative stress.
In skincare, Dandelion extract is a soothing ally for inflammatory skin concerns like acne, eczema, and psoriasis, while its natural prebiotics help nurture a balanced and healthy skin microbiome.
