So far so good , I feel lighter and more active. I’m happy with the quantity and quality.
I ordered this for my PCOS, I haven’t been taking it for that long but I love the taste of it and was very surprised with how much there was in the box and was so happy with the speedy delivery. I ordered two and I think it will probably last me a good couple of months. Really hope it helps with my symptoms !
I’ve been looking for a good spearmint tea for regulating my hormones as a young woman in my 20s, and this one is the plug! You can smell the spearmint from outside the box, it’s that strong! Of course it’s loose crushed leaves so I use a tea strainer and put a teaspoon of honey and it’s the best. I’ve been taking it for 3 weeks now and my bowel movements are excellent, skin looking radiant and I just feel so healthy! Can’t believe I didn’t get on this sooner. Highly recommend
Ever since I started using this tea it helped regulate my hormones and made my period arrive on time. For 13 years ever since I started my period, it was never regular and I'd sometimes skip months and when it does come it would be very bad to the point that it makes me sick. Ever since using the tea I've seen improvements in all of these issues, it's been 7 months now with a regular period! They are more bearable as well and I can now easily track my cycle and menstrual phases. I sometimes drink this tea with stinging nettle...
I love the tea so much, I hope it will be of great help
