Do You Offer Courier Delivery Services?

Yes, we do! We provide door-to-door courier delivery across South Africa to geolocatable street addresses. Our trusted courier partners include DPD Laser, The Courier Guy, SkyNet, and Citi Sprint.

Please note: Courier delivery is not available to certain locations, including:

  • Plots and farms
  • Mines
  • Military bases
  • Major chain stores
  • Power stations
  • Game reserves and lodges
  • Airports
  • Harbours

  • Main centres: Free for orders over R500.00, otherwise R85.00
  • Regional & outlying areas: Free for orders over R500.00, otherwise R100.00

  • Main centres: 2-3 business days

Our courier partners deliver to physical addresses Monday to Friday, between 8am and 5pm.

Please note that no deliveries take place over weekends or on public holidays.

We offer several convenient pick-up options across South Africa:

1. Pargo Pickup Points – Collect your parcel from over 3,000 locations nationwide, including popular retail stores like Clicks, Legit, and select Engen Garages.

2. Bob Box Counters – Have your parcel delivered to a secure Bob Box and collect it at your convenience.

3.Warehouse Pick-Up – Prefer to collect directly from us? You're welcome to pick up your order from our warehouse. Simply select ‘Warehouse Pick-Up’ at checkout.

Pargo lets you collect your parcel from convenient retail stores across South Africa, like Clicks, Legit, and Engen Garages.

At checkout, choose your preferred pick-up point from the available locations. You’ll get tracking info and a notification when your parcel arrives, along with a secure collection PIN (OTP).

Shipping is free for orders over R500.00, otherwise R80.00

Transit time to Pargo Pickup Points is 2-5 business days (nationwide).

Bob Box is a smart locker and counter service across South Africa. If there’s one near you, you can choose it at checkout. When your parcel arrives, you’ll get a notification and a unique code to pick it up.

Shipping is free for orders over R500.00, otherwise R80.00

Transit time to Bob Box Counters is approximately 2-4 business days (nationwide).

Yes, you’re more than welcome to! Just select the “Pick-up” option at checkout, and we’ll notify you as soon as your order is ready to collect.

Please note:

Orders for warehouse collection must be placed and paid for through our online store via secure checkout. We will begin packing your order once payment is confirmed. You’ll receive an automated email or SMS the moment your order is ready for pick-up. 

Yes, you can! Once you’ve placed your order, just send us an email at support@essentiallynatural.co.za to let us know you’re arranging your own courier collection. Please include your order number, the courier’s name, and a copy of the waybill in your message.

Please note: For security and logistical reasons, we cannot release parcels to independent couriers without first receiving a copy of the waybill.

Typically, all in-stock orders are processed within 1 business day. If your order includes any products marked with a “Stock Delay” (which will be clearly noted on the product page), please allow for the additional time indicated.

We offer a wide variety of specialised ingredients in different pack sizes, some of which may require special orders or pre-orders if they’re being produced or shipped to our warehouse.

You’ll receive an automatic email as soon as your order has been processed and is on its way.

Due to customs and airline restrictions, many of the natural products we stock—such as seeds, botanicals, essential oils, and some cosmetic ingredients—are limited or restricted for export.

You’re welcome to arrange your own international courier (UPS, FedEx, Aramex, or others) to collect your order. Our dispatch team can provide parcel weights and dimensions to help with your freight booking.

We deliver to all freight forwarding agents within South Africa, and delivery is free on orders over R500. Please note that you may be responsible for any duties or taxes once your order arrives in your country—your freight forwarder or courier can provide more details.

If needed, feel free to ask us for our SARS export license number.

We ship thousands of parcels every month and we are very aware that this comes at a cost to the environment. Therefore we have decided to invest in carbon credits from reputable projects in order to offset the carbon emissions produced from parcel deliveries.

Some products in our range are marked with a “Stock Delay” on their product pages. This means they may take a bit longer to ship than usual. Please take any stock delays into account when placing your order to help manage expectations.

In addition to stock delays, sometimes unexpected factors like adverse weather, load shedding, strikes, or other unforeseen events can impact delivery times. While these situations are rare, they can occasionally cause delays beyond our control.
