Send proof of payment to payments@essentiallynatural.co.za and your payment will be processed as soon as possible. However, please note: we can only accept official bank-generated PDF proof of payment. Unfortunately copied text, screenshots or forwarded emails can not be accepted.

Cash deposits made at a teller inside the bank are not accepted. They incur a very significant fee and we retain the right to cancel your order and refund any payments made without provision for the additional fees levied.

Cash payment is not accepted at our warehouse. We hold no cash on the premises and there are no retail-store facilities.
