INCI: Rosemary officinalis oil

Essentially Natural Rosemary essential oil is both antiseptic and antimicrobial which makes it a wonderful oil for all types of respiratory infections and sinus problems. Its analgesic properties also help ease the muscle and joint pain so often associated with colds and 'flu. The oil has a stimulating, woody, minty scent and is also good for infections and puffiness. It stimulates the scalp and assists hair growth.

Sizes: 10ml, 20ml, 30ml (with pipette top), 50ml, 100ml, 200ml, 500ml or 1L.

Just a few drops blended in a tablespoon of carrier oil makes a nice rub for sore throat, stiff neck and general muscle pain.

Rosemary Multi-Purpose Cleaner:

½ c water

½ c vinegar

12 drops rosemary oil

For extra cleansing power: a few drops of lemon, lemongrass, thyme, orange or clove essential oil.
