Great product, one down though

Great super affordable, however I do need to use twice as much as other gastronomic products. However being waaaaaaay more affordable still saves me big time.

Smoothest cheese sauce

My aunt holds the family trophy for best mac and cheese, and, omg, it is delicious. However! Any roux based cheese sauce is inherently flawed, the texture will always be a little grainy, the flavour always a little bit off. The mac and cheese I make with sodium citrate is velvetty smooth, with the deep, complex three dimensional flavours of the aged cheddars I prefer. I cannot wait to see my aunts face when she finally tastes my mac and cheese and has to hand over the macaroni crown to my sinfully smooth cheese sauce.
