    Ohm Oil's Bergamot Essential Oil is a popular uplifting oil with a sweet citrus aroma. It's used as a natural mood enhancer and also provides wonderful cosmetic and healing effects.

      • When used in aromatherapy, Bergamot essential oil creates a positive and uplifting environment
      • Reduces feelings of stress, tension, low self confidence, sadness, anxiety, lethargy and fatigue
      • Apply a drop to your skin or add the oil to your facial products to create the appearance of smoother-looking skin (use it as part of your nighttime routine, since Bergamot comes with a photosensitivity warning)
      • An effective spot treatment for acne, pimples and cysts (only for people who do not have sensitive skin)
      • Add a few drops to a little water and swish in your mouth for fresh breath
      • Acts as a natural analgesic and is thus beneficial for reducing pain such as headaches, muscle aches, soothe inflamed skin and inflammation
      • Add a few drops to your shampoo or conditioner to improve the health and cleanliness of the scalp, soothe dryness and itchiness, and promote hair growth

      Bergamot essential oil may be used in a number of ways:

      1. Use a few drops in an oil burner or diffuser to fill the air with the healing benefits
      2. Add 3 - 5 drops to your bath
      3. Add 3 - 5 drops to 10 ml massage oil

       

      100% pure Bergamot essential oil (Citrus aurantium bergamia).
