Dried Stinging Nettle Herb Cut is rich in chlorophyll and vitamins A and C. It also contains trace minerals and is thought to be a blood purifier.

INCI: Urtica dioica
  • Can be applied topically to the skin
  • Often used as a mineral rich tea for its diuretic and soothing effects on the urinary tract
  • Add 1 or 1.5 heaped teaspoons of nettle for each cup of tea required, into a teapot
  • Pour boiling the water over the tea
  • Cover and leave to infuse for 8-10 minutes
  • Strain and serve
