Essentially Natural Fennel Pure Essential Oil - Standardised is steam distilled from the seeds of Foeniculum vulgare and features a fresh, sweet, gently spicy, liquorice like aroma. How to use
Add 3 to 5 drops to a water based diffuser and adjust to room size.
For topical use, dilute to 1 percent or less in a carrier oil for adults (about 3 drops per 30ml) and massage onto the abdomen, back, or pulse points as desired.
For steam inhalation, add 1 drop to a bowl of hot water and inhale with eyes closed.
For the bath, blend a few drops with a carrier or dispersible base before adding to warm water.
Storage
Store tightly closed in a cool, dark place away from heat and sunlight.
