This all-natural Dried African Potato Powder is the easiest way to enjoy the nutritional benefits of this nutrient-rich, tuberous perennial, a native South African plant. Herbal Tea (deconcoction):

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil (500ml).
  2. Once the water is boiling, add 1-2 teaspoons of the African potato to the water.
  3. Reduce the heat and let the tea simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Strain the tea.
  5. Add honey or sugar to taste (optional).
  6. Enjoy your tea and drink it while it is still warm.
