Among other things, powdered dried rose hips are used in herbal teas, beverages, jams, syrups, breads and wine. Rosehips are used as a natural defence against infections like bronchial infections and colds, as it is a good source of Vitamin C.
Rose hip powder can also be used in scrubs and facial masks, and added to soaps as a gentle and natural exfoliant.

How to use
- To make a tea, use just two teaspoons of dried hips to one cup of boiling water and steep for 10 to 15 minutes
- If using in recipes, just add them to any wet ingredients
- Or you can rehydrate them by mixing with a little water

I have recently started using this specific brand of rose hips powder. I have been using it to make a herbal tea. So far, so good. I haven't noticed any significant changes but I have heard that rose hips powder can be quite beneficial for overall health as well as for the skin. It is a bit too early to speak about any changes.
