White Dead Nettle's therapeutic uses are due to its slight diuretic and expectorant effects. Preparation
Pour one cup of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of herb. Steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain. Drink 2-3 times per day.
To relieve respiratory ailments, drink one cup with honey several times per day.
