The Best Flu Bomb!

I had a fever, a cough, a sore throat, and I I started drinking it twice a day.

Within a few days, I started to feel better. My fever went down, my cough started to clear up, and my sore throat started to feel better. By the end of the third day, I was feeling almost back to normal.

I was really impressed with how well the herbal tea worked. It helped to relieve my flu symptoms quickly and effectively. I didn't have any side effects from the tea, and I was able to go back to work and my normal activities after a few days.

I would definitely recommend elderberry tea to anyone who gets the flu. It's a safe and effective way to help relieve flu symptoms.

Preparation

How much water is needed to prepare 100g of berries?

Hi Tendai, there should be an instruction leaflet in the box that tells how to prepare the elderberries and how much water to use :)
