I bought a few herbal teas (lemon balm, passion flower and valerian root)

My order arrived soon after ordering. I can't say I've noticed a difference using these teas yet. I bought them specifically to help reduce stress and help me sleep better. The valerian root is not a pleasant smell or taste. But I have tried it quite a few times. If you have any more information on how to use these for optimum results, I would appreciate it.

Hi Michelle,

Thank you so much for your review!

Valerian Root Tea works best when not used in conjunction with any alcohol. You can also increase the dosage to 2 teaspoons per cup; but just make sure not to exceed this amount. And if the tea is a little too unpleasant to stomach (I know from personal use it takes some... getting used to) you can always add the tea to your evening baths to help reduce stress and promote relaxation before going to bed. Should the Valerian root not be doing the trick for you (as our bodies can react to botanicals to differing degrees) then I can recommend trying the Dried Hops (Humulus lupulus) as an alternative. For lemon balm it's recommended to do 2-3 teaspoons per cup of tea, to let steep for 10-15 mins, and to drink up to 3 times a day. And for passion flower its recommended to use 1 teaspoon per cup, allowing to steep for 15 mins and to drink 2-3 cups a day.

Local supplier really delivers!

The quality of this Valerian Root is excellent. I have purchased the "same" product from others suppliers, even imported it from the USA. Essentially Nature gets 5* from me for price, product and service. And I have to include their really user-friendly website in my commendations.
