  • Can be applied topically to the skin
  • Often used as a mineral rich tea for its diuretic and soothing effects on the urinary tract
  • Add 1 or 1.5 heaped teaspoons of nettle for each cup of tea required, into a teapot
  • Pour boiling the water over the tea
  • Cover and leave to infuse for 8-10 minutes
  • Strain and serve

Making a nutritive tea

I bought this herb to start making nutritive tea for me and my family. Almost filled up two 3L jars with the amount I got for 500g. I definitely plan on buying again when I run out.

Great Tea
