It is native to South Africa and is used in traditional medicine for a variety of ailments, including fever, headaches, and gastrointestinal issues. How to use african wormwood
Herbal Tea (Infusion): Place 1-2 tsp in a cup of boiling water. Leave to steep for 10-15 min. Strain and drink hot or cold 2 times a day.
Steam inhalation: Place 1-2 tsp in water and bring to boil. Take off heat and inhale the steam.

- Do not use over prolonged period and do not use during pregnancy.
